MINIMUM STAY applies to all guests in any one booking
Minimum 2 nights during Low season and Mid season
Minimum 3 nights on public holiday long weekends
Minimum 4 nights on Easter weekend
Minimum 5-7 nights during Xmas-New Year Peak season

Please note that properties are let for accommodation purposes only and any other use constitutes a break in our agreement with guests. Local caretakers are vigilant and have been instructed to close down any large unauthorized gathering of people at a property, and guests will be asked to vacate within 24 hours.
